Too me Russell and Moffat are as good as each other. But here is my info for the second one

if the silence and the weeping angles were to face each other the universe would fall apart because the weeping angles wouldn't move because the silence would be looking at them but then when the silence looked away the angles could move, but then would they be able to move because they couldnt remember being seen or then being a loud to move.
